Whose trees, rivers, and lakes are breathtaking
The greenery and freshness are beauteous
But wait! Where are the animals?
Glorious panoramas devoid of animal life
It’s disturbing!
BEAUTY WITHOUT SUBSTANCE IS HOLLOW!!
There she stands
Decked out in makeup and fashion
A queen, seemingly out of a fairytale
Pretty enough for a beauty contest
But wait! Where is her mind?
So devoid of constructive thought and ethic
It’s disturbing!
BEAUTY WITHOUT SUBSTANCE IS HOLLOW!!
Attractive men stand on the threshold
Of notoriety and power
Authority granted to them
Over those in subservient strata’s
But wait! What is their purpose?
Greed and tyranny follow exalted position
It’s disturbing!
